For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation
- Add shallot, gherkins and dill into the mixing bowl, speed 7/3 seconds.
- Scrape down sides of the mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese and milk, speed 4.5/15 seconds (or until combined).
- Transfer to sealable container and refrigerate until ready to use.
