    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the flour, butter and milk and cook for 8 mins 30 sec at 90 degrees, speed 4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 6 mins 30 sec at 90 degrees, speed 4. This is a thick bechamel sauce, perfect for pastitsio.
