Ingredients

500 g

Green Salsa

  • 500 grams green tomatillo
  • 100 grams brown onion, cut in quarters
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 grams Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  1. Place tomatoes, garlic and onion in the bowl, and chop 5sec, speed 10.

  2. Add salt, pepper and oil and cook 10min, temp 100, Gentle stir setting
