- 1/4 small red onion
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Juice of one lime, Add more to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper, To taste
- Dash hot sauce, To taste
- 1 tomato, Seeds and core removed

Recipe's preparation
Place coriander and onion in the mixing bowl and chop 3sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl, repeat again if needed.
add tomato quarters with seed and core removed, chop 3 sec/speed 4 scrape down repeat if needed. (do not chop as fine as coriander and onion).
Add avocado, lime juice, salt (1/2 Tspn), black pepper (if desired) and hot sauce and mix
"Counter-clockwise operation" 5 sec/speed 5. For a smooth dip. Adjust the lime juice and salt to taste and repeat mix step to incorporate.
