- few sprigs of parsley
- 3-4 leaves of fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 150 g salted butter (cold)
Add garlic, parsley and basil to and chop 3secs / Sp7. Scrape down sides of bowl then add roughly chopped butter, mix 5secs / Sp7.
Roll butter mix in gladwrap/cling film into a sausage shape and place in freezer for at least an hour before using.
Once frozen, cut into small rounds as required. Herb & Garlic Butter can be used on top of hot vegetables, fish, steak and also when preparing garlic bread.
Place remaining butter roll back into freezer for another occasion.
