  • 300 g long red chillies
  • 2 capsicums, quarted
  • 1 onion, white, quarted
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 100 g honey, liquid

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Chillies (full, tops removed), Capsicum, Garlic, Onion and Ginger into the TM Bowl and chop for 25 seconds on Speed 8.
  2. Add Olive Oil and Honey and cook for 40min, Tempreture 40 Degrees on Speed 1
  3. Let cool in fridge before placing in storage containers (either glass or plastic).
