Recipe's preparation
Put all ingredients in the Thermomix or high powered blender and blitz on speed 7 for 5 secs, scrape down the sides and blitz again on speed 7 for 5 secs.

I had an abundance of kale in the garden, a bit like the previous comment...needed it used up!
This did not disappoint, I also added a good handful of fresh herbs (chives, oregano, mint, basil) from the garden. Very nice recipe, thanks for sharing!
