- 70 grams tuna
- 20 grams jalapeños
- 70 grams garlic mayo
- 1 teaspoon capers
- pepper
- Herbs – basil, parsley, chives about 1 tbs fresh which I quickly chopped on the board

Delicious!
I added some pink Himalayan salt, some turmeric, left out the capers and used garlic aioli as that’s what I had in the fridge.

This was so tasty thanks I enjoyed it with cucumber sticks. I also added a touch of salt, and only 10grams of jalepinos.
