Low Fat Spinach Hommus

Ingredients

250 g

Drained tin of chickpeas

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 --- spinach, Generous handfuls
  • 1 heaped tsp salt
  • 35-40 grams water
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 1 --- lemon juice, Squeeze in one whole lemon with MC in
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, Sprinkle on top of hommus

Recipe's preparation

    Low Fat Spinach Hommus
  1. 1 clove garlic2 handfuls of spinach Put in Thermomix & chop on sp 6/6 seconds Add in to TM bowl: 1 tin drained chickpeas35-45g water2 generous TBSP Greek yoghurt1 tsp Himalayan/pink salt Pop on MC & squeeze in a whole lemon.  Blend for 6-7 seconds speed 6. Pour into dip bowl & sprinkle paprika & a little more pink salt.  Enjoy!!
