Recipe's preparation

  1. Put Lupin flakes in Closed lid and cook for 5 minutes on 100 degrees and speed 1.

  2. Drain carefully using simmering basket.

  3. Wash and dry Closed lid .

    Add garlic to clean Closed lid and chop 3 seconds on speed 7.

  4. Place all other ingredients in Closed lid and blend for 30 on speed 5.

  5. ENJOY!
