- 1 Cup of Lupin Flakes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1.5 tbsp Tahini, dehulled
- 2.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/1 tsp vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp salt

Put Lupin flakes in and cook for 5 minutes on 100 degrees and speed 1.
Drain carefully using simmering basket.
Wash and dry .
Add garlic to clean and chop 3 seconds on speed 7.
Place all other ingredients in and blend for 30 on speed 5.
Drizzle with Oil and/or parika.
Serve with Veggie sticks and/or crackers,
Lupin is high in fibre, protein, prebiotic and low in fat and carbohydrate.
