Mango Ketchup

  • 4 Mangos, Medium
  • 50 g white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120 g Wine - White
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 1 clove, whole

Recipe's preparation

    Mango Ketchup
  1. Peel the mangos and discard centre stone.

    Place mango pulp into TM bowl and puree for 10 seconds on speed 9.

    Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 30 mins at 100 on Speed 2.

    Bottle in sterilised jars.  Once cooled, refrigerate to allow flavours to meld.
