Brilliant recipe! Loved the fact that no cream was required. Was not at all bland. I used a good sized Chile and added one spoonful of vegetable stock with wine as well as Italian parsley to garnish. I don’t often comment on recipes on this forum but love love love this marinara

Easy recipe, I used a bottle of Passata and it made a lot of sauce, could have easily doubled the amount of marinara for a better sauce to seafood ratio. Added ground cayenne pepper as didn’t have any chillies and was just the right bite.

This was nice, though if I made it again Id be looking at adding some extra zing. I felt it was a bit bland. I doubled the tomatoes, garlic and wine as I had 1kg of marinara mix though turned out that the original amount of sauce would have been sufficient as had heaps of sauce left over. I did add extra chilli and stock to it after it cooked and I taste tested it. Thanks for posting. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Submitted by MsMeowD on 15. December 2015 - 22:50.

Received my Thermomix yesterday and made my first meal tonight. This was great. I used the tin of tomatos  but it lacked a bit of zing. Will change it up next time.

The whole family loved this.  I added some basil in too and just before adding the seafood I added a dash of cream.  Even the fussiest ester in our house loved it.  Will definitely make again.

Amazing! Halved the recipe. Cooked pasta and added with scallops & added a few semi sundried tomatoes & a few tsp of vege stock. Cooked with mc tilted to let out extra moisture. Ended up being 2 serves & was the best ever!!   Love

Absolutely beautiful!! I used fresh marinara mix; basa, mussels, calamari and

green prawns. I used left over tomato purée 170gm and tin tomato 380gm.

I included the onion and I used 3 small birds eye chillies, seeds included.

So tasty and the seafood so tender. My other half said it was first class...

Restaraunt quality. Will be sure to be making this one again

    Submitted by Libby Lee-Hammond on 16. May 2014 - 21:15.

WOW! this is a really amazing dish, the short cooking time for the seafood made it super tender and restaurant quality ! thank you for sharing this - it will be on my list of favourites from now on! Highly recommend buying Passata rather than tinned tomatoes and fresh seafood rather than frozen marinara mix, I used green prawns, scallops and squid rings - divine !

This was simple and very very nice.  I used 250g fresh marinara mix and 250g fresh green prawns from the local fish monger. Only cooked the seafood for 3 minutes and it  was cooked to perfection.

Will be a regular in this household tmrc_emoticons.)
