  • 1 465gm can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, cumin & coriander
  • 4 tablespoons taco sauce, see recipe community
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, thinly sliced
  • chillie sauce, to desired taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Recipe's preparation

    Mexican bean dip
  1. Grate cheese 10 sec, speed 9 and set aside/

    Mash kidney beans 5 secs, speed 4.

    Put grated cheese back into bowl and add all other remaining ingredients except sour cream.

    Cook on 100, speed 2,  4 mins.

    garnish with sour cream and extra spring onions.

    serve with corn chips
