1 can Tomatoes Tinned
2 fresh tomatoes
1 red capsicum
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch fresh coriander
0.5 red onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
0.5 - 1.0 teaspoons dried chilli flakes, or to taste

we made this to go with wraps and mince, it went nicely with it. Although next time i think i would halve the recipe.
