If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- pre heat oven to 180
chop onion or shallots 3secs/sp7 then scrape down add oil and cook 3mins /120/speed 1
pour on to small baking tray top with chicken livers sprinkle with half thyme leaves and 40g sherry cook for 7mins in oven turn and cook further 7mins cool slightly then
tip into jug and process 20secs speed 5
add butter cream rest of sherry and thyme and process for a further 2-3 mins on speed 6 increase to speed half way scrape down and and increase sp to 8
pour into ramekins or i used jars
i then topped with melted butter to seal
cool for serevral hours or overnight

Tip
i actually used cointreau but it was so strong although delicious i recommend only using 40g in total.im not sure if sherry would be same
