If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place ripe tomatoes & apples in mixing bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 8.
Add sugar and cook 60min/Varoma/speed 1, placing simmering basket onto mixing bowl lid. (Keep an eye on the simmering basket, as jam spills onto the lid and clogs up the holes. Clean as necessary – or jam will spill over machine or alternatively balance the TM basket upside down on the lid)
Add jam and raspberry extract and mix 1min/speed 4.
Pour into hot rinsed airtight jars and seal immediately and allow to cool. Serve or store in a cool, dry place. Makes approx. 4 x 300ml jars.
