  • 30 leaves fresh chives
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Milk, (optional)
  • Additional Chives (Chopped), for garnish (optional)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Parmesan Cheese pieces and approx. 20 leaves of fresh chives in TM bowl.  Chop for 10 seconds, Speed 7.

     

  2. Scrape down sides of bowl and add cream cheese.   Mix 10 sec/speed 4-5, or until desired consistency.  (add optional 1-2 tbsp of milk to achieve softer consistency)

     

  3. Add additional 10 leaves of fresh chives, chopped.  Counter-clockwise operation for 10 sec/speed 4-5 to mix well.

     

    Transfer to serving bowl to serve.  Add optional Additional Chives for garnish.
