  • 100 g english spinach, approx
  • 60 g bunch parsley, approx
  • 4 sprigs basil, leaves and stems approx 40g
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, optional
  • 100 g Cashews skins on, or 60g cashews 40g almonds unpeeled
  • 40 g Mild vinegar (white, apple), or juice 1 lemon
  • 90 g olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 leaf Kale, optional

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cut parmesan into rough cubes. Chop parmesan and garlic cloves 10secs sp 9 then scrape down.

     

  2. Add nuts and greenery. Chop 10secs speed 6, scrape down and repeat.

  3. Add the rest of the liquid ingredients. Blend 15 seconds speed 3. Add a little water and repeat blending if necessary.

  4. Store in fridge.
