Sauce

  • 1 clove Garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 40 grams tamari or soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Cornflour.
  • 3 tablespoons boiled water
  • 400 grams Tinned Pineapple, Juice included

Recipe's preparation

    Pineapple Stir Fry Sauce
  1. Dissolve cornflour in water & set aside.

    Place garilc in bowl & chop 3sec speed 7.

    Scrape down sides, add peanut oil & saute 2min/Varoma/speed 1

    Add remaining ingredients except pineapple & cook 4min/100oC/speed 3

    Add pineapple & juice chop 10sec/speed 7

    Pour over stir fry or store in air tight container

    Really tasty, next time I might add some fresh ginger in step 1

    i also used fresh pineapple as I had to use up, I think some pineapple chunks would work well, maybe using the canned makes a difference , but loved it all the same

    have some left over, might freeze, will let you know how that goes tmrc_emoticons.) loved it
