Plum Sauce

  • 120 grams plum jam
  • 2 teaspoons TM vege or chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • 125 g water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic

Recipe's preparation

    Plum Sauce
  1. 1. Place clove of garlic in Closed lid


    2. Mince garlic 3 sec/ speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.


    3. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 5 mins / 100 degrees / speed 3 


     


    I like this served with Meatballs and Fried Rice (Pictured)

    Ticks all the boxes; quick, easy, tasty and made with minimal ingredients. I added a small amount of fresh chilli with the garlic. Served over sliced grilled pork tenderloin, rice and vegetables and it was delicious! Will definitely make again.
