Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine butter and oil in TM bowl.  Melt 2 minutes 100 degrees speed 2

  2. Add sliced onions to bowl and cook Varoma speed 2 reverse for 10 minutes with mixing cup in place

  3. Add brown sugar and red wine vinegar and cook a further 18 minutes Varoma speed 2 reverse, with mixing cup off

  4. Use on burgers or with meatloaf
