Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Never had relish before but I needed it for another recipe so I thought I'd make it myself. Came across this recipe as other recipes had too much sugar. I didn't have rice malt syrup so I used honey and used wholegrain mustard as I didn't have any powder. Used Apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar. It was great. My friend that was coming for dinner loved it and took some home with her. Thanks for posting. Just wondering How long can I store it in the fridge?
