  • 300 g pumpkin, Roasted
  • 100 g raw cashews
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • .25 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • .25 tsp corriander ground

Recipe's preparation

    Roast Pumpkin Dip
  1. Roast pumpkin in oven - allow to cool

  2. Add Parmasen, Garlic and cashews to bowl and mix on speed 9 for 5 seconds

  3. Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4 or until combined to your liking

Really nice however next time i might add some capsicum for a bit more color
