300 g

Salmon Dip

  • 210 g Pink Salmon Tinned
  • 250 g Liddell's Lactose Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 --- spring onion
  • 6 --- peppercorns whole
  • 3 sprigs flat leaf parsley
  • 3 sprigs fresh dill
  • 30 g walnuts

Recipe's preparation

    Salmon Dip
  1. This dip is based on the EDC Tuna dip, but with salmon and made to be lactose free and egg free.

  2. Place parsley, dill, spring onion, walnuts, peppercorns in bowl.


    Chop 3 seconds/ speed 7.


    Scrape down bowl.


    Add cream cheese.


    Mix 12 seconds/ speed 4-5.


    Scrape down bowl.


    Add salmon (don't remove bones as they are a great source of calcium and will break down).


    Mix 15 seconds/ speed 5.


    Serve Straight away or refrigerate until ready.
