- 1 level tbsp Maggi Original Seasoning
- 1 1/2 level tsp mirin
- 2 level tsp fish sauce
- 1 level tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 level tsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 500 grams coconut cream, canned
- 4 heaped tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 45 grams water
- 1 heaped teaspoons honey
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 5 heaped tablespoons crushed nuts

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Crush Unsalted Cashews.
6 Seconds Speed 5
Empty in to cup ( put aside for later )
Don't worry about nut residue ( leave in bowl )
Cut one onion into quaters place in bowl
Add 3 Spring Onions into bowl
30g Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Garlic & 1 Tablespoon Ginger
Chop 5 seconds Speed 5 ( then scrape bowl )
Add Salt & Pepper
30g Soy Sauce
Sweet Paprika / Chilli Flakes / Smoked Paprika / Cayenne Pepper
Lemon & Lime Juice
Maggi Seasoning / Mirin / Fish Sauce / Oyster Sauce / Sweet Soy Sauce
Then blend
3 min 120c (TM5) Speed 2
Add 500ml Coconut Cream
Peanut Butter
Brown Sugar
Water
Honey
Crushed Cashews
Then blend
18 min 100c Speed 2.5

Add a commentWay too sweet, it has Mirin, brown sugar, honey...
Way too sweet, it has Mirin, brown sugar, honey sweet soy and Maggi seasoning all sweet ingredients and I only added half the brown sugar.
If I was to make again I wouldn't add honey and I would only add about 20g brown sugar and half the sweet soy. I would also add turmeric to get the golden satay colour.
