Recipe's preparation

Place capers and lemon zest into TM bowl and chop for 4 secs/speed 9. Add remaining ingredients except Chive oil and blend for 4-5 secs/speed 5.
Scrape into serving bowl and garnish with Chive Infused Oil and freshly snipped chives.
