Ingredients

100 g

Smoked salmon

  • 200 g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • 250 g Cream Cheese.
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon Horse radish, optional
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt plain
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Smoked Salmon Dip
  1. Place chives in mixing bowel.  Chop 3 seconds speed 7.

    Place all other ingredients in bowl and mix 8 secs speed 5

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl if needed and add more yoghurt

    Then mix 4 secs speed 5
