Recipe's preparation

    Smoked Trout Dip
  1. De-bone smoked trout - Very important to take your time and ensure all small fine bones are removed.

    Place Lemon, Smoked Trout, Sour Cream, and Pepper/Salt into Thermomix, Mix on Speed 4 for 10 Secs.

    Serve with plain water crackers.
