If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Step 1 - Add Garlic, Shallots and Roasted Marinated Capsicum Slices into Bowl 10sec/SP5 (Scrape down sides and continue to desired texture)
Step 2 - Add Cream Cheese, Chilli Powder and Vinegar 30sec/SP5 (or until all ingreidients have combined to you desired texture)
Add more chilli if desired and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" until combined
Step 3 - Serve Immediatley or place into an air tight container and place into the refrigerator.

Just whipped this up to take to a work meeting tonight, delicious! I thought I had cream cheese when I started making it then realised it was only half a tub so I used sour cream and refrigerated. Still worked well. Thanks for sharing.
