If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Peel and quarter the onion and add it to bowl.
- Peel the garlic and add it to bowl.
- Remove the stalks from the chillies and add them to the bowl.
- Chop for 5 seconds, speed 8, MC on.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula and repeat previous step until the onion is chopped and no big chuncks remain.
- Add Olive Oil into the bowl and sauté Onion, Garlic and chilli for 3 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1, MC off.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl
- Cook 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2, MC off.
- Transfer to serving bowl for dips or add to chicken and vegetables for a stir fry.

Tip
"Gentle stir setting" This is a thick, crunchy, semi-spicy peanut satay sauce. To make more spicy add extra chillies to your liking, Goes great with chicken, vegetables and rice.
Use smooth peanut butter if you wish to have a less crunchy sauce.
