Strawberry, Apple and Lychee Jam

Ingredients

2 jar(s)

Jam

  • 250 g strawberries, washed, hulled
  • 150 g Lychees
  • 1 --- apple, cored and cut into small pieces
  • 250 - 300 g raw sugar, to taste
  • 40 g lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 60 min/100°C/speed 1 with MC removed and TM basket on lid to stop splattering as your jam cooks.

     

  2. (Depending on the consistancy that you like your jam, this step is optional)

    Replace MC and slowly turn up to speed 6 for 5 - 10 seconds.Remove MC and cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes/100°C/speed 1 with TM basket on mixing bowl lid.

     

  3.  Pour jam into jar, allow to cool and refridgerate until ready to use.

Tip

You can change up the quantities of fruit in this recipe however you like as long as the total adds up to approx 500g.
