Serve with healthy raw tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to any meat or fish dish. Try a spoonful on fresh oysters. Delicious.
Add a fresh chilli (to taste) in Step 2 to turn up the summer heat.
Salsa will keep for a few days in the fridge so you can make it ahead of time.
