  • 70 g oil
  • 10 pieces shallots, skin peeled
  • 5 clove garlic, skin peeled
  • 4 pieces chilli, fresh, seeds removed

Sauce

  • 100 g water
  • 4 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Recipe's preparation

    Mix Sauce Ingredients in a bowl. Set aside
    Place shallots, garlic, red chillies into bowl to chop

  2. Scrape down. Add cooking oil.
  3. 5 mins 120°C Counter-clockwise operationSpoon Speed
  4. Add in sauce mixture

Store sauce in glass jar and keep in fridge for up to a month
