Tuna Nicoise Dip

Ingredients

Dip

  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 1 sprig Oregano
  • 2 fillet anchovy
  • 1/4 fennel (small)
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 15 g olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except red wine vinegar in TM bowl.  Blend on speed 6 for 5 seconds.


    Scrape down side of bowl.  Add red wine vinegar and blend for a futher 3-4 seconds as desired.

Tip

You could replace the fennel with red onion or salad onion if you prefer.  Add more or less tomato according to taste.
