Tip

Tzatziki is versatile and can be used with many different foods. Serve with:

- Chopped, raw vegetables such as carrots, cherry tomatoes, snow peas, cucumber, red capsicum or celery.

- Salmon and rice patties (see my recipes)

- Freshly cooked meats, such as beef or lamb

- Pita or flat breads

- Kababs or souvlakis.

Yummy. I agree with others that it was runny, even after straining and squeezing out. But delicious and well received on Christmas Day.

Submitted by Mumma Earth Cairns on 2. July 2016 - 09:37.

How long would this last for in the fridge? I want to meal prep as much as I can and this is on my list. Would it last for 3 days on the fridge and still be OK to consume?
