- 1kg Kent pumpkin
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/8 cup fresh coriander

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Peel and de-seed the pumpkin and cut into slices and lay them out on your Varoma dish evenly, making sure the wholes aren’t fully covered.
- Fill your TM bowl with a litre of water and put your Varoma in place 15 minutes/Varoma/Speed 3
- Once your pumpkin is done empty your TM bowl and place in the garlic 5 seconds/Speed 5
- Put your olive in and cumin into the TM bowl 3 minutes/100°/Speed 1
- Add in your pumpkin and coriander 30 seconds/Speed 5
- Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container and cover in the fridge to chill before serving.
