      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Its important not to use a huge clove of garlic as it will over power this recipe. With the chives i just had a small handul that i broke into thirds which was then pretty much the equivilant to a tablespoons worth. When juicing the lemon try putting the lid and the mc on and squeezing the lemon around the mc and into the lid. The juice will drip though but the pips will stay on the lid. Try making your own tahini its only sesame seeds, oil and salt!

Variation - I have left the chives out and added in left over roasted pumpkin or sweet potato at step 3 and it’s been delicious! Can also be made dairy free without the Parmesan although i find it adds a depth of flavour and helps the chives to chop up .

Happy dipping!
