Carrot, Apple, Sultana Salad

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 100 g yellow hard cheese eg tasty
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful sultanas
  • 1 Lemon Juiced

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cheese to mixing bowl and chop for 5sec sp 6 set aside inthe bowl the salad will be served in.


    Place carrot chunks and apple cut and cored in 1/4 into bowl and chop 3-4 sec sp 5 or until desired size is achieved.


    Pour the mix over the cheese, sprinkel sultanas over the top.


    Just before serving squeeze the juice of one lemon over the top and stir.

Tip

Don't stir salad until just before serving and make sure the sultanas are on top of the other ingredients otherwise the sultanas will get soggy.
