add butter in first step also add tumeric cinnamon and cardoman and salt {omit olive oil and bayleaf)
then proceed as recipe when you add rice also add sultans and stir through
rice
Tip
I sprinkled with toasted amond
makes a lot!! you could add cooked chicken or boiled eggs
I recommend with a nice saucy curry
