What a great recipe! I used a heaped teaspoon of coconut oil and it was creamy and flavoursome enough not to need any condiments. A very healthy lunch option.

Nice healthy easy soup although we found it to be a little bland.  We'll add some additional flavours next time and will take up the suggestions regarding coconut oil.   Thank you for the recipe.
