Green Cauliflower Soup
- 1 tablespoon TM Veggie Stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Brown Onion Halved
- 1/2 piece cauliflower head
- 5 pieces broccoli florets
- 1 scoop Spinach Leaves
- 420 grams water
Recipe's preparation
Place garlic cloves in bowl and chop 2s/sp9
Add onion and chop 4s/sp4
Add oil and sauté for 3 mins varoma/reverse sp2
Add cauliflower, broccoli, stock and water and cook
varoma/reverse sp1/12 mins
Add spinach leaves and cook varoma/revers sp1/2 mins
Process for 30seconds increasing to speed 9.
Serve with salt and pepper, Greek yoghurt and parmasen.

What a great recipe! I used a heaped teaspoon of coconut oil and it was creamy and flavoursome enough not to need any condiments. A very healthy lunch option.

Nice healthy easy soup although we found it to be a little bland. We'll add some additional flavours next time and will take up the suggestions regarding coconut oil. Thank you for the recipe.
