If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add onion and garlic to bowl, chop 5sec/sp7. Add olive oil, saute 3min/100deg/sp1. Add asparagus (leaving a few stalks for decoration) and spinach chop 10sec/sp7. Add vege stock and dip mix and cook 15min/100deg/sp1. Add cream (can leave out) and puree 1min/sp3-10 gradually.

Very nice recepie. I didn’t have the herb and garlic mix so I remplaced it for dry oregano and basil. It was delicious.
