Recipe's preparation
- 1. Roughly chop all ingredients
2. Add all soup ingredients EXCEPT LEMON RIND into bowl and cook 20mins/varoma/s1
3. Once cooked, add lemon rind and gradually increase from sp1 to sp10 for 1 minute.
4. Serve into bowls and top with optional toppings

Tip
Tastes fab on its own but packs a great punch with toppings. You can add lemon rind at the start but I found it more overpowering this way.
