  • 1/2 litre Campbell's Real Chicken Stock

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Put onion and garlic in ow and chop for 5 seconds, speed 5.5 MC on
    2. Add Flora Light and cook for 5mins 100 degrees speed 1 MC on
    3. Add stock, creamed corn and cook for 5 mins 100 degrees speed 1 MC on
    4. Add chicken breast and cook for 20 mins varoma temp speed 1 MC on.
    5. Blend mix for 3 seconds on speed 5 MC on
    6. Cook for a further 6 mins, 100 degrees speed 1 simmer basket in place of the MC.
