      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

I used the liquid stock that I had made from self cleaning with Water after making a batch of stock .

This is made in the TM5 so less water for TM 31 as it will be over the Max amount .

You could use any veges just dice quite small .

Lovely soup. I added some raw pasta at stock/water/tomatoes stage and it turned out to be a very nice hearty soup

This was a delicious way to clean out the fridge. I had no zucchini or cauliflower so used parsnip and pumpkin instead. I used half the water in my TM31.
