Ingredients

Soup

  • 600 grams chicken stock
  • 3 centimetres ginger, Peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, Peeled
  • 2 sticks Lemon grass, Cut in half and smash ends
  • 300 grams chicken, Cut in cubes
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1.  Chop garlic, ginger and parsley for 10 seconds, speed 8. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    Add lemon grass, stock, chicken pieces and salt & pepper (I used 1/2 tsp salt & 1 tsp ground black pepper) To garlic mix. Cook for 12 mins on 100 degrees, reverse cycle, speed stir.

    Check flavour and add more salt & pepper if required.

    Made this last night, it nice but a bit plain with just the chicken pieces.
