Cream of Fennel Soup

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 Chopped leeks
  • 3 fennel bulbs, (roughly chopped)
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal
  • 500 g water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable stock
  • 100 g cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the  butter in bowl 1minutes veroma sp2


    Add leek. garlic and fennel 5 minutes veroma speed 2.


    Add, Water, potato, almond meal and stock 20 mintues Closed lidcounter-clockwise operation speed 1


     Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cream  1 minutes slowly turned the speed to 9.


    Garnish with fennel leaf
