- 1 Chopped leeks
- 3 fennel bulbs, (roughly chopped)
- 1 garlic
- 1 medium potato
- 2 tablespoons almond meal
- 500 g water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable stock
- 100 g cream
Recipe's preparation
Place the butter in bowl 1minutes veroma sp2
Add leek. garlic and fennel 5 minutes veroma speed 2.
Add, Water, potato, almond meal and stock 20 mintues speed 1
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cream 1 minutes slowly turned the speed to 9.
Garnish with fennel leaf
