Ingredients

SOUP

  • 20 gram olive oil
  • 1 can Corn .. Or 3 Corn Cobs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 stick Celery
  • 155 grams cauliflower, APPROX 1/2
  • 2 potatoes
  • 750 grams water
  • 3 teaspoon vegetable stock

OPTIONAL

  • 4 piece bacon
  • 30 grams pine nuts
  • 60 grams cream
  • parsley

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Onion And Garlic to the Tm Bowl .. Speed 7 3 seconds 

    Scrap down sode of the Bowl and add 20 grams of Oil 

    Cook 3minutes 120 

  2. Add ..

     

     

     

    1 Can or 3 Corn Cobs Husks removed

    Cauliflower

    Potatoes

    Stock

    Water

     

     

     

    Cook 15 Min  Speed 2  Temp 100

     

     

  3. Once Potatoes are tender..

     

    Blend speed 8 for 30 seconds

     

     

     

    OPTIONAL

     

    Stir through 50ml of Cream

     

    Fry in a Frying pan some bacon and Pinenuts Sprinkle on top with Parsley
