Cucumber Soup
- 1 tsp dill, fresh
- 500 g Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp TM stock concentrate
- 40 g cream cheese
- 500 g water
- sea-salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation
Place dill into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7.
Add cucumber to mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 7.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 min/100C/speed 1.
Blend for 10 sec by slowly increasing from speed 1 to speed 9.
