- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate
- 600 grams water
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 250 grams coconut milk
- 50 grams Roasted Cashews
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, Finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, To taste

Recipe's preparation
Chop onion 3 seconds speed 7.
Add olive oil and saute 2 minutes 100 degrees speed 1.
Add cauliflower, vege stock concentrate, water and spices and cook 20 minutes, 100 degrees speed 1.
Puree ingredients 1 minute speed 9, gradually increasing the speed from speed 1 to speed 9.
Add coconut milk and combine 10 seconds speed 3.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with roasted cashews and top with parsley.
