So refreshing!! It was my favourite soup the first time I tried it a few years back. Now I’ve been making it a while and it is STILL my favourite/go to soup I make. Thank you. Smile

I really enjoyed this soup! It was exactly what I was after. I might make a batch to freeze for lazy dinners and easy lunches. I used brocolli, silverbeet and celery in mine.

  • We both quite enjoyed this

We both quite enjoyed this soup which we based on celery, zucchini and spinach.  I wasn't sure from the method when the vegetables were to be added.  The preparation steps mention the leek and the water and stock however doesn't mention the vegetables.  Thank you for the recipe.

  • I used two leeks and two

    Submitted by Purplerain on 15. June 2014 - 15:31.

I used two leeks and two cloves of garlic. Plus 120g red lentils (pre soaked). Cooked on Reverse speed 2 for 30 mins.  I left the soup a bit chunky, it was delicious.
